Teresa Muñoz Guerra

Teresa Muñoz Guerra is the Director of International Relations, Institutional Relations and Cooperation at RTVE, where she has worked for 25 years in communication, training, and management roles. Deeply committed to public service broadcasting, she promotes collaboration and cooperation between media organizations to strengthen shared values and innovation. Teresa has played a leading role in equality, diversity, and well-being initiatives at RTVE and contributes to the European Broadcasting Union’s Gender Steering Group and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Group. She holds a degree in Journalism and additional university training in feminism, gender and communication, equality, and neurodiversity.
