Natalija Gorscak

Natalija Gorscak has vast experience in media, from radio, television and print to film and VOD. As she’s a fighter for independent journalism and media she was illegally dismissed from the position of director of Television of Slovenia in 2021 under the extreme right government and now works as Head of culture at RTV Slovenia.   

Natalija’ s background is in linguistic studies and script writing having worked with different producers as script doctor with particular focus on original content.

As media expert she worked for Council of Europe and the EBU. She’s very keen in new digital formats and technology. As she speaks several foreign languages, she has wide knowledge of European original and World film/TV/VOD-production.

Since September 2024 she’s President of the Management Board of RTV Slovenia with being acting president for three months before that.
